The Brigade Radar Predict® AI Radar Sensor RP-010 (Part No. 7625) is an advanced 77GHz radar sensor designed to help protect vulnerable road users by detecting potential collision risks alongside commercial vehicles.


Designed for the right side of left-hand-drive vehicles, the Radar Predict system uses intelligent radar technology to analyse the speed, direction and movement of detected objects and assess the likelihood of a collision.


Rather than constantly alerting the driver to every detected object, the system is designed to provide warnings when intervention may be required, helping reduce unnecessary alerts and driver distraction.

How Radar Predict® Works

The Radar Predict system continuously monitors the area alongside the vehicle using advanced 77GHz radar technology.


The system analyses information including:

  • Object position

  • Speed

  • Direction of travel

  • Movement

  • Vehicle movement


This information is processed to assess whether a detected object presents a potential collision risk. The driver is then alerted when the system determines that intervention may be required, helping provide a more meaningful warning rather than simply alerting to every object within the detection area.
