The Brigade Backscan® BS-4000W Reversing Sensor System is a reliable ultrasonic reversing sensor system designed to improve rear awareness and safety on coaches, minibuses, buses and passenger transport vehicles. The system helps drivers detect obstacles behind the vehicle when reversing, providing an additional layer of protection where rear visibility can be restricted.
Using ultrasonic sensing technology, the Backscan® BS-4000W detects objects behind the vehicle and provides the driver with audible distance warnings as the vehicle approaches an obstruction. This makes it particularly useful when reversing into coach bays, bus stations, depots, schools, passenger drop-off areas and other confined spaces.
